What to expect ? You will be given a light robe to wear inside of the sauna along with slippers and sauna towels. We also provide water, cooling towels and aromatherapy throughout your sauna session. You will have a personal sauna attendant to walk you through your experience and to check on you periodically. You can come in any clothing, whether you are coming from the office or you have been at home with the kids. We have a locker area where you can keep your belongings or you can keep them with you . We also have a shower which we provide you with a clean robe and towel to wear out of the shower. For a complete Infrared experience we highly recommend showering after your session as you should be sweaty. After you rinse away all of the toxins your body worked so hard to excrete you will feel lighter mentally and physically. Need to go somewhere after your session? We offer a full vanity station with hair tools , hair products, hygiene products and more!
