  • A Credit Card On File Is Required To Book An Appointment In Case Of Cancellation Fee Charges 

Cancellation Policy

I Understand That Unanticipated Events Happen Occasionally In Everyone’s Life. In Desiring To Be Effective And Fair To All My Clients, The Following Policies Are Honored:

  • 24 Hour Advance Notice Is Required When Cancelling An Appointment To Avoid Cancelation Fee. This Allows The Opportunity For Someone Else To Schedule An Appointment.

  • If You Cancel In Less Than 24 Hours Of Your Appointment Time You Will Be Charged A 50% Cancelation Fee To The Credit Card On File.

  • If You Cancel In Less Than 3 Hours Of Your Appointment Time You Will Be Charged 100% Of The Service.

Late Arrival Policy

  • We Have A 15 Minute Grace Period For Being Late, If You’re Late To Your Appointment Your Session May Be Shortened In Order To Accommodate The Appointment That Follows Yours. There Is Also A Possibility I Will Not Be Able To Provide Your Service And We Will Need To Reschedule.

  • There Is A 100% Charge For Rescheduling An Appointment In Result Of Being Late.

  • No-Show Appointments Will Be Charged 100% Of Service Amount.

Additional Guest Policy

We Do Not Allow Any Additional Guests At The Time Of Your Appointment, Unless You Are Both Receiving A Service That Day. This Includes Children, If You Bring A Child To Your Appointment We Will Reschedule. We Operate A Spa Environment Out Of Courtesy For Our Guests We Are Responsible To Keep It That Way.
