Booking Policy

  • A credit card on file is required to book an appointment in case of cancellation fee charges 

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In desiring to be effective and fair to all my clients, the following policies are honored:

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment to avoid cancelation fee. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

  • If you cancel in less than 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged a 50% cancelation fee to the credit card on file.

  • If you cancel in less than 3 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 100% of the service.

Late Arrival Policy

  • We have a 15 minute grace period for being late, If you’re late to your appointment your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointment that follows yours. There is also a possibility I will not be able to provide your service and we will need to reschedule.

  • There is a 100% charge for rescheduling an appointment in result of being late.

  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of service amount.

Additional Guest Policy

We do not allow any additional guests at the time of your appointment, Unless you are both receiving a service that day. This includes children, if you bring a child to your appointment we will reschedule. we operate a spa Environment out of Courtesy for our guests we are responsible to keep it that way.
